Buffalo Chicken Dip

It wouldn’t be a Super Bowl party without my Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Making food to share for parties and gatherings is one of my favorite things to do, and my family loves a good Super Bowl party. So with the big game coming up this weekend, I thought it would be a good time to share one of our favorites. My Buffalo Chicken Dip is a quick and easy crowdpleaser that you can make ahead of time and heat up right before kick-off. I get asked what hot sauce to use a lot when I share this recipe because there are just so many out there. I prefer to use Frank’s Red Hot for my Buffalo Chicken Dip, but you can use whatever makes you happy. You can serve it with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted bread slices, pita chips, and vegetables.

I dug up a few Super Bowl party pictures from the early 2000s. Nope, I couldn’t find any more recent ones, because I never remember to take pictures while I am enjoying a party with friends, family, and good food. The photos are not the greatest…but I am realizing as I keep looking for pictures that it was simply how we took pictures in the early 2000s. I hope you enjoy the throwback pictures, but more importantly, I hope you enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Dip.

Notes

  • You can prepare the dip in advance for up to two days, and just keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook it.
  • Celery is optional, but it goes great with the spicy dip.
  • My favorite hot sauce to use is Frank's Red Hot, but feel free to use your favorite instead.
