Colorado Springs Restaurant Review
I really love exploring the small businesses and restaurants in Colorado Springs, and I am always on the lookout for truly good food to share with my family and friends. Oh man, I have to tell you that White Pie is so good! It is a family-owned restaurant that reflects their roots in New Haven, Connecticut pizza parlors and their family’s Italian feasts. Their food is served fresh and made from fresh locally sourced ingredients and seasonal cooking. They are also known for their craft cocktails. Their Frosé is one of their more famous cocktails, it is their take on a Rosé wine slushie. It is a fun and tasty cocktail especially for the summer.
I have been to White Pie multiple times, as I just can’t get enough of their wood-fired pizza. Their signature White Pie pizza is incredible – garlic, olive oil, mushrooms, and egg. The fresh ingredients and flavor combinations keeps me coming back over and over again. They also have a brunch menu that features their brunch pies and mimosa flights, so check them out for brunch, lunch, and dinner. You will find delicious flavors and yummy drinks no matter what time you visit.
White Pie has two locations. One right here in Colorado Springs at 330 Nevada Street and another location in Denver. Check out their website for more information and to see their menu. If you love fresh ingredients and wonderful flavor, you can’t miss White Pie.
