Colorado Springs Restaurant Review
I am on the road a lot nowadays as I work with my real estate clients, so a light and healthy, but filling lunch is a must for me. Salsa Brava perfectly fit the bill. I met another real estate agent in town to talk business; I’m glad he suggested Salsa Brava!
Our server Tanner was very friendly and observant. Upon learning it was my first time at Salsa Brava, he walked me through the menu and highlighted a few of his personal favorites. I took him up on one of his suggestions of the fiesta chicken salad and I have zero regrets! All of the ingredients were vibrantly fresh – as it should be with fresh Mexican food. The cilantro vinaigrette was so refreshing and the peanut chipotle drizzle cut through the acidity of the vinaigrette with a savory and spicy splash! My heart was in heaven with the wonton crisps garnish. I was so excited to eat the salad that I forgot to take a picture. Oh well, that’s simply a reason to go back soon! Simply put, this dish and the entire experience made my heart happy!
You can check out the Salsa Brava menu at their website. Salsa Brava has been locally owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 2002. They pride themselves on being a small community-oriented business that uses only the freshest ingredients, and it shows. Stop in next time you want truly fresh Mexican cuisine.
